In its eighth edition, the Report reflects the views of 400 Italian manufacturing companies based in Lombardy, Veneto and Emilia-Romagna. The first section focuses on understanding how these companies approach the ‘hot topics’ in logistics: Digitalisation & AI, Intermodality and Geopolitics. The study then examines companies’ logistics choices in terms of logistics corridors, logistics management and relevant factors. The survey concludes with a case study on logistics in the Vicenza Instrumental Mechanics district.  It continues for the second consecutive year with the inclusion of 100 freight forwarding logistics companies – analysed separately – offering a comprehensive overview of the dynamics between supply and demand for logistics services.
